We arrange physical or virtual samples from shortlisted factories and manage the approval loop with you. Sample and courier costs are agreed transparently up front, before development starts.
Production is checked against your approved “golden sample.” We inspect during production and again before shipment, and you receive photographic inspection reports before the container leaves.
If goods are found defective on arrival, we take them back and arrange a refund.
It varies by product and volume — typically a few weeks for sampling, then 120 days from confirmed order to shipment for a first order and 90 days for repeat orders. We give you a realistic timeline in writing before you commit.
Typically one 20ft container load per order, with packaging made to your requirements.
Yes, on the Indian side: export documentation, export customs clearance and shipping coordination, handled under C-TPAT security discipline up to the Indian port. We quote FOB India. Import clearance in your country is done by your customs broker; we send them the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading in good time.
Primarily the United States, Canada and Europe — markets we have worked with for over two decades and whose retail compliance requirements we know well. Buyers in Mexico and Latin America are equally welcome: we quote FOB India for any destination port.
